The Country Club

Enjoy horseback riding with guests at the Equestrian Center, spend an afternoon boating on Tellico Lake, play a round of golf, and finish with dinner at the club! Meet your friends and neighbors at the Clubhouse. With more than 11,000 square feet of comfort and camaraderie, you can enjoy a cozy bistro setting by the hearth, a full-service bar and a great menu. Casual and elegant, the club provides seating for up to 100 people, while private meeting rooms are also available. At Rarity Bay, your choice of membership offers a variety of club activities.

The Recreation Center, adjacent to Rarity Bay’s Clubhouse, combines lighted tennis courts for tournament play, four pickleball courts, a swimming pool, and a fitness facility. The perfect setting for outdoor barbecues and private parties, the center provides a casual atmosphere ideal for spring and summer activities.
