The Madrigal Singers are a group of young men and women from Farragut High School under the new direction this year of Marquis Dotson. The group has been in existence for over 35 years and just had their eighth performance at Rarity Bay Country Club. The Singers perform during Advent Season in garb appropriate from the 14th-16th century periods – from which the music also comes. The performance was interactive through the dinner courses and featured fun audience sing-along caroling. The evening was enjoyed by all! A big thank you to Leslie Phillips and Kim Wood for all of their hard work in helping plan and organize this event.

The Rarity Bay Women’s Club hosted their “Tis a Time to Mingle and Jingle” at Rarity Bay Country Club. The event began with a Christmas Bazaar called the Bay Boutique followed by the Christmas Home Tour and “Tis a Time to Mingle and Jingle Dinner” with holiday entertainment. The entire event  was enjoyed by all. Thank you to all the ladies involved for making this a wonderful holiday event.

We had the honor of celebrating Veterans Day with family and veterans in the Rarity Bay community. The evening was enjoyed by all with a wonderful performance from Vocal Point along with a three course plated dinner executed by Chef Justin Holleman. It was an honorable evening. Thank you to all veterans for your service to this country. We are forever thankful for your sacrifice. 

Everyone had a great time playing Night Golf. The evening started with dinner and cocktails at The Bay Bistro followed by nine holes of golf after sunset. Each player received a glow in the dark golf ball and the back nine holes were lit up with glow sticks and lights. Everyone raved about how much fun it was playing golf in the dark! We look forward to another Night Golf Event next year.

The Rarity Bay Yacht Club held their Annual Cornhole Tournament at Rarity Bay Country Club this past weekend. It was an event full of fun, laughter, prizes, and great food. Since the cornhole tournament was held during the Tennessee and Alabama football game, the theme this year was SEC East vs. SEC West. Both teams played well and had a lot of fun.
